Solo Hero's Quest Guide

Overview

The Solo Hero's Quest is a reworked version of the classic quest, now designed for lone adventurers. This guide covers all requirements, tasks, and tips to complete it efficiently.

Getting Started

Begin the quest by speaking to the Hero Guildmaster. They will instruct you to eliminate two targets:

Rip: Found inside a castle in the Wilderness.
Tnaig'Ssom: Deep in the Varrock Sewers.

You must defeat both and collect their respective tokens:

Rip Keys from Rip
Tnaig'Ssom Bones from Tnaig'Ssom

Progression Checkpoints

If you've defeated one boss, the guildmaster will remind you of the remaining target.
Once both tokens are in your inventory, return to the guildmaster to progress.

Final Challenge

After turning in both tokens, the guildmaster sends you to Barbarian Village to face a final challenge: defeating Gunthor the Brave. Bring your best gear.

Completion

Defeat Gunthor and return with gunthors_battleaxe to complete the quest.

Access to the Hero's Guild (solo unlock)
XP in Combat and Slayer
Exclusive Hero’s Guild shop access

Tips

Use a teleport or stamina method for moving around after killing the Targets.
Bring food and protection prayers for the sewer battle with Tnaig'Ssom.
Gunthor hits hard – be prepared with melee defense and strong food.
