Intelligence Skill Guide

Overview

The Intelligence skill empowers players with magical insight and control, boosting efficiency in spellcasting and Runecrafting. As your Intelligence grows, you’ll unlock powerful teleportation tools, advanced scroll inscription rituals, and access to rare rune materials.

Players gain passive benefits as they level up, such as increased resource discovery and improved experience gains.

Key Abilities

• Imbued Talisman (Level 100): Crafted by Wizard Distentor, this talisman allows instant travel to any Runecrafting altar using Imbued Runedust.
• Rune Fragments (Level 190): Enables the discovery of noted Rune Fragments from magical bookcases, used in high-tier crafting.

Scroll Inscriptions

Starting at Intelligence level 75, players can inscribe Blank Scrolls with teleportation or experience spells. Each scroll requires 25 Cosmic Runes and a Blank Scroll.

Scroll Types

• Teleportation Scrolls: Includes destinations like Draynor, Yanille, Seers' Village, and Edgeville.
• Experience Scroll: Grants both Magic and Runecrafting XP. Yield scales with Intelligence level and equipped items (e.g., Damen Staff).

Crafting Process

Scroll inscription involves several magical steps: triggering an animation, consuming runes, and interacting with a magical dialogue box to finalize the scroll. The higher your Intelligence, the more effective and efficient the process becomes.

Upon selection, your cosmic runes are consumed, and the corresponding scroll is crafted and added to your inventory.

XP Gains

• Teleport Scrolls: 100–150 Magic XP
• Experience Scrolls: Up to 650 XP split between Magic and Runecrafting
• Using Imbued Talisman: Small XP bonus upon teleportation

• Pair with high Runecrafting for improved altar access and crafting output.
• Equip intelligence-boosting items like wizard hats and staffs to enhance effectiveness.
• Scroll inscriptions are tradable and single-use — ideal for sharing or selling.
